Our Asset Due Diligence Standard

Not all assets are eligible for issuance on the RealFI Launchpad. Every project must pass our rigorous, multi-dimensional due diligence process, which includes:

• Legal Clarity: The ownership structure of the asset must be clear and undisputed, and it must be capable of being held in a clean, bankruptcy-remote SPV.

• Verifiable Value: The asset must be professionally valued by at least one internationally recognized third-party appraisal agency.

• Cash Flow Stability: We prioritize assets that can generate stable and predictable cash flows (such as rent, interest).

• Sponsor Reliability: The original owner of the asset must have a reliable background and a good reputation.
