• What asset types does the Launchpad support?

  • We prioritize institutional-grade assets that can generate stable cash flows, including but not limited to: commercial real estate (office buildings, shopping malls), long-term rental apartments, logistics and warehousing, infrastructure projects, and compliant private credit products.

• How long does the KYC process take?

  • Typically, if the information you submit is clear and complete, the KYC review process will be completed within a few hours to 2 business days.

• Is my investment safe?

  • Security is our highest priority. We ensure your investment's safety on three levels:

    • Smart Contract Security: All core contracts must be audited by at least two top-tier security firms.

      • Legal Structure Security: Each asset is isolated through an independent SPV for bankruptcy remoteness.

      • Asset Quality Security: We conduct rigorous due diligence on all listed assets. However, please note that all investments carry market risk. Please make careful decisions after full understanding.
